(Zygmunt Bauman)

I have to say I’ve often wondered why young men have to have their jeans so low. They always look as though they are just about to lose them…

I was in high school when kids started wearing their pants like that, and I even had a phase where I wore my pants like that just to be cool like everybody else. Personally I view it as sort of a middle finger to conformity. I also had a pair of Z. Cavaricci pants, parachute pants, and I begged my dad to let me get a rat tail. He refused, and today I am thankful that he did. He saved me the ridicule that grown men are facing now when their siblings start scanning and posting old photos from the 80’s and 90’s. Fashion Trends are so odd and interesting to me..

Why bother with the pants? I am so tired of this look. It seems like it’s been around forever. Sorry…didn’t mean to call you ancient.;-) Hey, is that hoar-frost on the trees? Nice!
