  1. They have a big fireworks show downtown on New Years. Red Rocks is a cool thing to see. If you like Marijuana there are more pot shops than Starbucks. Our State Capitol building is beautiful in my opinion, and just across the street from that is the City and County building and it is always decorated beautifully for the holidays. The 16th Street Mall is where a ton of my pictures are from. While we are a big city, we are relatively small compared to NYC and the like. That one stretch seems to house a lot of humanity though. Also East Colfax is good people watching and has a ton of eclectic shops up and down the strip, but be careful out there! The Rocky Mountains are right here too of course. They are worth a visit if you are into beautiful mountain scenery. 🙂 All those things and more… Colorado is a great place to visit.
